Tante Aline's Story
It all began in the 1980s, when Frédéric and his mother Aline shared a common passion for jam. Together, they lovingly transformed fruits, creating recipes that would later become the signature of our jam shop.
From 1995 to 2010, as part of their fresh produce home delivery business, Frédéric and Aline gave a second life to their unsold fruits by transforming them into delicious artisanal jams. Each jar was the result of expertise passed down from mother to son, with special attention paid to every detail.
In 2010, the dream took shape: to open a jam shop in the city to share their passion with as many people as possible. But life had other plans. Aline passed away, and the project was put on hold for 12 long years.
In 2022, driven by love for his mother and the desire to perpetuate her legacy, Frédéric decided to make their shared dream come true. Today, each jar of jam carries within it the love story between a mother and her son, and the commitment to excellence and tradition.
