Lemon Jam from the garden

Untreated lemons from our gardens. An exceptional jam where the lemon peel remains firm. The candied zest brings a slight bitterness that perfectly balances the sweetness of the fruit, for a lively and refined taste experience. 

Ingredients: Garden lemon, organic cane sugar, organic lemon juice, prepared with 68g of fruit per 100g of finished product. Total sugar content 55g per 100g of finished product, equivalent to approximately 40% sugar.
