Kumquat Jam from the Garden

A rare and precious fruit, the kumquat grows in our partner's garden in Vence without any treatment in the heart of the Alpes-Maritimes. The sweet skin and tangy flesh combine to offer an explosion of unique flavors.

In very limited edition, do not hesitate to reserve it even before it ends up in the pot!

Ingredients: Garden kumquat, organic cane sugar, organic lemon juice, prepared with 68g of fruit per 100g of finished product. Total sugar content 55g per 100g of finished product. Equivalent to approximately 40% sugar.
